Nicky Arthur - Owner
Nicky Arthur’s passion for travel, tourism, global communication, and Southern Africa’s unique culture has transformed into a full-time career fulfilling her goal of creating a personlised and professional public relations agency. She approaches her clients’ business as if they are her own; believing in partnership and commitment with enthusiasm and tangible results. Nicky’s mantra is: ‘say what you do and do what you say’.
Nicky loves to engage with people, press and potential visitors alike across the globe and has continued to maintain these close relationships over her years in the PR industry.
In 2010, Nicky was afforded the incredible opportunity to handle all media requests for the 2010 FIFA World Cup. She successfully hosted over 200 media from across the globe across the digital, print and broadcast platforms.
Throughout this major event, Nicky achieved a vast amount of media coverage through the coordination of engaging media itineraries that showcased Cape Town as a destination from a more local perspective and in turn promoting Cape Town Tourism as a proactive and passionate tourism board.
With a Diploma in Public Relations, Nicky’s enthusiasm and drive afforded her the opportunity to fulfill some exceptional positions and provide various businesses with a high quality of work.

When Nicky’s not at the office you can find her hosting press on one of the beautiful islands of Mozambique, paddling down the lower Zambezi River, tracking lions on foot in the African bush or cuddling up to her own ‘Leo the Lion’ Golden Retriever whilst watching Out of Africa. . She truly loves to share her passion of Southern Africa with the local and global community to encourage tourism to these special places.
Gillian Gernetzky - Senior Account Manager
Gill completed her Advanced Marketing Management diploma from the Institute of Marketing Management in 1995 and has seventeen years’ experience in the public relations and communications industry. She has managed and directed clients such as Nedbank, the IMF, Unisa, Virgin Mobile and SAB and has managed trade and tourism development in South Africa for the Government of Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing, the Australian Tourist Commission and the Swaziland Tourism Authority.
Sara Needham - Account Director and Senior Content Producer
Sara completed her Advanced Diploma in Marketing and Advertising Communications at Red & Yellow in 2005 and has twelve years’ experience in the advertising, marketing and communications industry in London and South Africa respectively. She has managed clients such as Nedbank, Liberty, Hollard, Orange & Hertz. She recently owned and managed a niche luxury handbag company, Bloss & Co, as a passion project for the past 3 years. She has also written reviews for 'The Times' & 'Perfect Hideaways'.
Shelley Martin - Senior Account Manager &Content Producer
Over the past 9 years, Shelley has worked with exclusive brands such as Dermalogica, Ironman South Africa, SAB, WTM Africa, Dubai Tourism, ASATA and Visit Britain. She has helped launch successful national and international PR campaigns. Shelley has a diverse working background, harnessing her expertise in Public Relations and Marketing.
